Greetings Ridgewood Artists,

Thank you for your participation for ROS 2025 . All registered participants are invited to submit one art work for the Kick-Off Show at Lorimoto Gallery .

Submisson Guidelines / Schedule

• You must be a registered participant to submit work.

• No work can exceed 24" in any dimension - Feel free to consult admin if your work falls outside of this stipulation. We will try to accept most work but will not guarantee showing if the dimensions are beyond the limits.

• All work must be ready to hang ie. paint must be dry, easy to hang on a screw etc.

• Works on paper can be displayed using small magnets on the tin wall.

• Sculptures / objects will be placed on a shared pedestal or on the floor.

• All work must be clearly labeled with the Artist Name, Title, Medium, Year and Price.

• All work must be for sale.

• If the artwork is sold , final sale price will be split with the artist and ROS. Profits generated through art
sales will be saved towards operational costs for ROS 2026.

• Sales tax will be applied and any sales exceeding $500 will be subject to a 1099 tax form.

• While pricing is up to the artists’ discretion , setting it lower in the spirit of charity is massively appreciated .

• Lorimoto gallery will reserve the right to refuse art work if it is deemed unsafe, offensive or physically difficult to display .

• SHOW AT YOUR OWN RISK - None of the work will be insured and Lorimoto gallery and ROS will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the art work .

• Work Drop hours : Saturday May 10th 1-5pm / Sunday May 11th 1-5pm / Monday May 12th 1-7 pm

• Work Pick up - Sunday May 18th 6-9pm / Monday May 19th 5-8pm

• Please adhere to the Drop off and Pick up times. If not possible yourself, please arrange your friend to do this for you.

• All artwork not retreived will be disposed or donated to local businesses or individuals who helped out with this event.
